Squeeze the fresh chorizo out of its casing. Fry the chorizo on high heat, breaking it into pieces, until cooked through. Set the cooked chorizo aside. Fry the potatoes in the leftover chorizo fat until crispy. Wrap the cooked chorizo and potatoes in warm corn tortillas. Garnish with a little bit of cilantro, lime, and any of your favorite taco toppings.
