This easy hummus tastes like a holiday dinner in dip form! Made on a whim while preparing Thanksgiving sides, it's becoming a staple for holiday guests, potlucks, or even your everyday lunchboxes to add a little Christmas spirit.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add in the chopped shallot and herbs. Sauté together for about 3 minutes. Let cool for a couple of minutes before adding into the food processor. Add the chickpeas, tahini, orange juice, cranberry, hot sauce, harissa, salt, and pepper to a food processor with an S blade. Add the contents of the saucepan. Cover and stream in the olive oil as you blend all the ingredients together until you have your desired consistency.
