I love Buffalo chicken dip to the moon and back. BUT have you ever tried a Chicken Teriyaki inspired dip?!! 🤪 I revamped an old recipe and made even better than the original! Save this for your next get together, game day or not!!!

In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, store-bought Teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, mayo, kosher salt, and garlic powder on low speed until smooth. Fold in the cooked, chopped chicken (rotisserie chicken works great) and chopped scallions (both white and green parts) until thoroughly incorporated. Pour the mixture into a Pyrex baking dish, top with your cheese of choice (a mild cheddar is recommended), and bake at 375°F for 20-22 minutes.
