Need a last minute appetizer like yesterday ? Here is your reminder that marinated feta takes like 60 seconds to make. It instantly elevates a platter of veggies and crackers. Throw a couple of store bought grape leaves and hummus on the platter and you look like you know what your doing!

Cube feta or you can leave it in its block form. However, I think it marinates better and also helps with serving. In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients (except the feta) pour mixture over feta in a glass container. Or you may put the cubes in a mason jar, pour the mixture over top and seal. Marinate for 24 hours if possible. Before serving, top with chopped olives. My favorite are the oil cured black olives for this recipe, kalamata works well too!
