A simple method for grilling peaches, cherries, and pineapple, with a suggestion to pair the grilled stone fruit with burrata for a twist on traditional caprese, or use grilled pineapple as a burger topping or with grilled pound cake.

Cut your fruits (peaches, pineapple) on the thicker side. Brush the cut sides with olive oil and sprinkle brown sugar on them. For the peaches, grill them for about 3-4 minutes to get grill marks. Use a grill basket or grill pan to cook your cherries. Add a little lemon juice and brown sugar to the cherries and let them cook down into a jammy goodness. For pineapple, grill it a bit longer, around 7 minutes. Serve peaches and cherries paired with burrata, or use grilled pineapple for topping burgers or pairing with grilled pound cake.
