Plum Crisp with Sticky Bun Crumble

A delicious plum crisp made with leftover sticky buns for the crumble topping, perfect for a summer dessert.

In a food processor fitted with an S blade, add the sticky bun, and pulse until there are large crumbs. Then add the rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pulse until all ingredients are combined. Add in 4 tablespoons of butter, pulse another 3-4 times. You don't want the mixture to be fine like sand, you want it to be a bit chunky. Arrange the plum slices in a pyrex baking dish. Pour crumble mixture over top, pat down into an even layer. Dot the top of the mixture with the remaining butter. Place in a 350 degrees, for 25-30 minutes.
