1. Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, peanut butter, Trader Joe's chili onion crunch, honey, grated ginger, chopped garlic, kosher salt, and pepper. Whisk or stir until well combined. 2. For the salad: Chop celery, cucumber, and pineapple. Shave carrots. 3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped celery, cucumber, pineapple, shaved carrots, crispy lettuce, and cooked Amaly Sesame Ginger Chicken Crumbles. 4. Pour the Peanut Lime & Ginger dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
