1. Prepare the salad base: Chop a bunch of red cabbage, dice a cucumber, and dice an avocado. 2. Prepare the dressing: In a separate bowl, add the plain Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, chopped roasted red peppers, fresh dill, kosher salt, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. 3. Whisk all dressing ingredients together vigorously until well combined. 4. Assemble: Pour the desired amount of dressing over the prepared salad base. 5. Finish with a hit of balsamic vinegar for extra flavor. Serve immediately. This dressing also works great as a veggie dip!
