Elevate your boxed brownies by substituting water with cooled brewed coffee and adding cinnamon. Baked in a round pan and topped with crushed candy canes, with an optional peppermint white chocolate drizzle.

Prepare your boxed brownie mix according to the package directions, but instead of adding water, substitute it with cooled brewed coffee. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter and mix well. Pour the batter into a greased 8-inch round cake pan. Sprinkle some crushed candy cane over the top of the batter. Bake the brownies in the oven according to the box or package directions. For an optional topping: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt about 1/2 cup of peppermint white chocolate chips with 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Heat in the microwave for 15-second intervals, stirring in between each interval until completely melted and smooth. Drizzle over cooled brownies.
