A quick and easy sweet and spicy pasta dish featuring cherry tomatoes and different peppers, cooked down with white wine, garlic, fresh herbs, and provolone cheese.

Sauté the cherry tomatoes for 5 minutes. Then add in the sliced cherry peppers and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes. After that, add 1/4 cup of white wine and about 1/2 tablespoon of chopped garlic, letting the mixture cook down a bit. Finally, stir in some chopped herbs, a splash of pasta water, and shaved provolone cheese.
