What you need

cup quick oats
cup dried fruit

cup coconut oil

tsp vanilla extract

cup honey
Instructions
Combine the 4 cups quick oats, 1/2 cup melted coconut oil, 1/2 cup sweetener (like honey or maple syrup), and 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract. Add in around 1/2 tsp cinnamon and/or cardamom, 3/4 cup dried fruit, and 1/2 cup coconut flakes. Mix well. Bake at 325°F for 25 minutes.View original recipe
