What you need

tsp black pepper

tsp coarse sea salt
slice italian bread

tbsp olive oil

tsp chili paste

tsp kosher salt

cup fresh ricotta

tsp pepper

lb red grapes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. On a baking sheet, toss the grapes, olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper, ensuring the grapes are well coated. Roast for about 15 minutes until the skin on the grapes becomes wrinkly, soft, and starts to pop. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together the ricotta, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and chili paste until well combined. Arrange the pieces of crostini on a platter. Spoon about a tablespoon of the ricotta mixture onto each one. Once the grapes are done roasting, remove them from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. Then, layer 2-3 grapes on top of the ricotta mixture on each crostini. Drizzle honey over the top of the assembled crostini and sprinkle sea salt or any other flaky salt over the top and serve.View original recipe
