What you need

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

bunch basil

pepper

tsp red pepper flake

lb ground chicken
egg

cup parmesan cheese

cup mozzarella cheese

cup marinara sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a medium size bowl, add the ground chicken, egg, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix together until well combined. Place a large piece of parchment paper on the counter. Place the chicken mixture onto the parchment paper, then place another piece of parchment over top. Flatten the ground chicken with a rolling pin, like making pizza dough, ensuring it's about 1/2 inch thick in the shape of a medium-sized sheet pan. Transfer to a sheet pan, remove the top layer of parchment and discard. Drizzle the top with olive oil and place in the oven for about 25 minutes, until the top starts to brown and the edges crisp. Remove from oven, top with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and some red pepper flakes if desired. Place back in the oven for about 12-15 minutes more until the top becomes bubbly and brown.View original recipe
