This crostini is in fact just like the Grinch! A little salty, sour, and sweet at the end ! An easy Christmas appetizer that comes together in minutes! Looks great added to a charcuterie board or on its own display! Recipe below 👇

What you need

tsp kosher salt

tbsp honey

pt cherry tomato

cup artichoke
garlic

tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan, over medium heat. Add the garlic to the pan, saute for a minute, then add in your cherry tomatoes. Let them simmer until they start to soften and break down a bit, about 7 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper, stir gently. Then add in the pepperoncini brine, let the tomatoes simmer in the brine for another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and drizzle the honey over top, toss gently to incorporate. Remove from heat and let mixture cool slightly. Top the crostini with tomato/pepper mixture, top with fresh basil and serve.View original recipe
