What you need

clove garlic clove

tsp kosher salt

oz prosciutto

tsp black pepper

cup dry white wine

cup yellow onion
oz Crushed Tomatoes
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the prosciutto, saute until browned, about 5 minutes. Add in the onion, if the pan is dry, drizzle a little more olive oil. Let the onions saute for about 5 minutes, moving them around the pan periodically. Season with 1/4 tsp kosher salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper, continue to cook for 3 more minutes. Then, add in the wine, bringing it to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 3 minutes before adding in the crushed tomatoes. Give it a gentle stir, and bring it to a simmer, then cover. Lower the flame and let it simmer for about 8 more minutes. Serve over pasta of choice!View original recipe
