What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

tsp pepper

tsp kosher salt

tbsp garlic

fl oz lime juice

cup fresh cilantro
Instructions
Cook rice according to package directions and set aside. In a small saute pan, melt the butter over low-medium flame. Once butter is melted add the garlic and let it saute for two minutes. Season with salt and pepper, stir gently to incorporate. Add in the cilantro, stir once more, remove from heat. Transfer cooked rice to a large bowl. Pour the melted butter mixture over the rice, and squeeze the lime over top. Gently toss and serve.View original recipe
