What you need

tsp salt

pepper

tbsp apple cider vinegar

clove garlic clove

cup marinara sauce

lb sweet italian sausage
cup grated parmesan cheese
tbsp fresh parsley

cup roasted red bell pepper
Instructions
Heat the olive oil over a large skillet. Cook the sausages until brown on all sides and cooked most of the way through, about 15 minutes. Then add in the vegetables and garlic. Sauté for another 4 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Add in the apple cider vinegar, scraping up any brown bits from the pan if possible. After about a minute add the marinara sauce over top, along with the cheese. Let it all warm through for another 2 minutes. Make sure to measure the temperature of the sausages; they should measure 170 degrees. Serve immediately.View original recipe
