Instructions
1. Sauté some garlic and red onion until fragrant. 2. Add ground beef and sauté until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Stir in a can of crushed tomatoes, a little bit of water, and a splash of red wine to create the sauce. Let it simmer. 4. In a separate bowl, whip together one egg, two cups of whole milk ricotta, a handful of Parmesan cheese, and some parsley. 5. Spread al dente pasta in a baking tray. 6. Add the meat sauce to the pasta, tossing gently to combine. 7. Spread the ricotta mixture throughout the pasta and sauce. 8. Top generously with mozzarella cheese. 9.
