What you need

pasta
lemon zest

tsp pepper

fl oz lemon juice

tsp kosher salt
burrata
cup heavy cream
tbsp unsalted butter
tbsp shallot

tbsp basil
Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to packaged directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining. 2. In a large sauté pan, melt the butter then add in the olive oil and shallots. Sauté on a low heat about 4 minutes, until opaque. 3. Add the lemon juice and stir gently to combine. Then add in the heavy cream, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. 4. Let it simmer together for about 4 minutes. Add in reserved pasta water and cooked pasta, toss gently to combine. Add in basil and toss once more. 5. Divide the desired pasta between two plates and top with burrata and enjoy!View original recipe
