What you need
tbsp grated parmesan cheese

cup panko breadcrumbs

cup mayo
tsp orange zest

cup shredded mozzarella

tbsp whole berry cranberry sauce

tsp fresh thyme
egg

tsp fresh rosemary
dash chipotle

cup stuffing
Instructions
Add one egg to a large bowl and beat it. Add your leftover stuffing, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, rosemary, and orange zest. Gently mix until well combined. Form balls with the stuffing, about one inch in diameter (approximately 1.5 tablespoons of stuffing per ball). In a deep pan, heat about 3 inches of your preferred oil. Dredge the stuffing balls in panko breadcrumbs until coated all the way around. Fry each ball until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Let drain on a paper towel. For the dipping sauce, whisk together 1/4 cup mayo, 3 tbsp cranberry sauce, and a dash of chipotle (or hot sauce). Serve the fried stuffing balls with the dipping sauce.View original recipe
