Spicy Spinach Dip compliments of a fav @traderjoes condiment, the Bomba Sauce!

This dip is full of flavor with two different kinds of cheese, garlicky toasted breadcrumbs, the spicy Calabrian chili and some freshly chopped spinach for good measure! Oh, and it doesn’t cost 1k to make or require sponsorship for shake shack , lol! (See my stories !!!)

Mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, Bomba sauce, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, salt, and pepper until well combined. Spoon into an 8-inch round baking dish. Melt butter in a sauté pan, add the garlic, sauté until fragrant for about a minute. Add in the breadcrumbs, mixing gently until coated with the butter, sauté for 2-3 minutes over a low heat until golden brown. Add breadcrumbs to the top along with Parmesan cheese and remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.View original recipe
