What you need

cup coconut milk

tbsp unsalted butter

graham cracker square

tsp almond extract

cup strawberries

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp maple syrup

tsp light-brown sugar
Instructions
1. Add the strawberries, coconut milk, maple syrup, almond extract, cinnamon, and cardamom to a blender. Blend until smooth. 2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about ½ inch of space at the top. Place in the freezer for one hour. 3. Meanwhile, mix the crushed graham cracker, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until it resembles wet sand. Set aside, covered. 4. After an hour, remove the molds from the freezer. Spoon the graham cracker crust into each mold to fill it to the top. 5. Insert a popsicle stick into each mold and return to the freezer for at least four hours or preferably overnight.View original recipe
