This salmon marinade has become a weeknight favorite around here. Kind of reminds me of a salmon sushi bowl. The whole meal comes together in about 30 minutes.

What you need

salmon

black peppercorn

kosher salt

tsp korean chili powder

scallion

garlic

tsp ground turmeric

tsp soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients. Brush onto salmon and bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. I love to serve this over sushi rice. I will season it with some soy sauce and furikake seasoning. I make quick pickled cucumbers and/or radishes to go along with it. Other great options are avocado, and carrot slices. For me, I like to throw on a little Kimchi Mayo as well!View original recipe
