Apple and Fennel Slaw

Apple and Fennel slaw to put on everything this fall! Or just great on its own! I also tossed this in some farro and it was delicious!

What you need

tsp ground mustard
tsp poppy seed
tbsp mayonnaise

tsp celery salt

tsp kosher salt

tsp honey

cup olive oil

tsp black pepper
cup apple cider vinegar

cup apple
Instructions
Add the apple and fennel to a bowl, sprinkle with kosher salt, let it sit for 15 minutes. Then drain and gently squeeze out excess water. In a small bowl whisk together ingredients for dressing (olive oil, acv, mayo, honey, kosher salt, celery salt, black pepper, ground mustard, poppy seed). Pour dressing over the apple and fennel, toss until well coated. Serve on-top of pulled cider chicken sandwiches or on its own.View original recipe
