What you need
tbsp apple cider vinegar
tbsp mayonnaise

tsp honey

tsp celery salt
fennel

cup extra-virgin olive oil

tsp kosher salt

tsp mustard powder

ground black pepper
tsp poppy seed

tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
In a medium bowl add the fennel and apples. Sprinkle with kosher salt and let sit for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes drain the fennel and apples. Give the fennel a little squeeze to release excess water. Then pat dry with a paper towel. In the meantime, whisk together dressing ingredients. Place the apple and fennel in a bowl, and pour dressing over. Tossing gently to coat.View original recipe
