Avocado Crab Dip

Looking for the perfect summer snack or something to bring to the pool? This Avocado Crab dip takes a couple notes from guacamole 🥑 it gets a little fancy with some crabmeat. Grab a chip or a spoon for that matter and dig in! This recipe makes a bigger batch.

What you need

oz lump crabmeat

pepper

tbsp red onion

splash hot sauce

tsp ground cumin
tbsp olive oil

tbsp cilantro

avocado

lime
Instructions
Whisk the 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion, 1 tbsp chopped cilantro, 1 tsp hot sauce, juice of 2 limes, kosher salt, and pepper in the bottom of a large bowl. Then take 4-5 avocados and add them to the bowl, mash together until desired consistency. In a small bowl, add the lump crabmeat, season with kosher salt and pepper to taste. Then season with 1/2 tsp cumin, juice of one lime, and a splash of hot sauce. Toss gently and add the crabmeat to the top of the avocado mixture.View original recipe
