What you need

cup puffed rice cereal

oz mini marshmallows

cup unsalted butter

tsp vanilla extract

tsp cinnamon

tsp ground allspice
Instructions
Prepare a 9 x13 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking or baking spray, set aside. In a large pot (I used a dutch oven) melt the butter over a medium heat until it becomes foamy then turns a golden brown, about 5-6 minutes. Add in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and allspice gently whisk together until well combined. Then add the unwrapped caramels to the pot stirring gently with a rubber tip spatula until all melted. Then add in the marshmallows until they are all melted, continually stirring. Remove from heat, and add in the rice cereal, stirring until well combined and coated. It will get sticky!!! Immediately pour into the baking dish, lightly press down into one even layer. Do not press down firmly and compact the cereal. Let it sit for about 30 minutes before cutting into them!View original recipe
