Ingredients: 1 piece unsalted butter, softened; 1 tsp lemon juice; 1 tsp honey; 0.5 tsp Dijon; 2 clove garlic, minced; 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped; 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped; 0.5 tsp kosher salt; 0.25 tsp black pepper

Compound butter sounds like something fancy but it’s really just butter with a bunch of mix ins! However, it is not to be dismissed! It’s super easy to make with like a hundred and one uses. Mix it into pasta, use it to make grilled cheese, toss your roasted potatoes in it or let it melt into your steaks off the grill. You will be so happy to have a batch of this in your fridge!

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until we’ll combined.

Place on a piece of wax paper or plastic wrap and roll into a log. Twisting ends to seal well. 

Refrigerate about one hour.
