tbsp mini chocolate chips

cup dark brown sugar

tsp vanilla extract

cup pumpkin puree

tsp cinnamon

Instructions
First, prepare the pumpkin mixture: Mix together the pumpkin purée, Greek yogurt, vanilla, cardamom, and cinnamon. Then, add in brown sugar and mix again. Gently fold in the coco whip until combined. Place this mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes to chill. While the pumpkin mixture chills, prepare the crumble: In a food processor, combine pecans, mini chocolate chips, and graham crackers. Pulse until the mixture resembles a chunky sand. Finally, assemble the dessert: Layer the cookie crumble into the bottom of a Pyrex pie plate or divide into individual glasses.
