Crockpot Salsa Verde Pulled Chicken with Avocado Cilantro Cream

This is probably the simplest thing ever. Might even be a #halfwayhomemade recipe. I make this salsa verse pulled chicken, which is quite mild, and use it a bunch of different ways. I make two different quesadillas. I use the chicken for bowls, nachos, and even to make a quick soup!

What you need
tsp chipotle chili pepper

lb boneless chicken breast

tsp pepper

tsp ground cumin

cup cilantro

tsp garlic

tbsp sour cream

tsp garlic powder
cup olive oil

cup chicken broth

cup salsa verde

lime
Instructions
For the Pulled Chicken: Combine all ingredients (chicken breast, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, chicken broth, salsa verde, cumin, garlic powder, chipotle chili pepper flakes, kosher salt) in the crockpot, and whisk together. Then add in your chicken tossing gently to coat. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2. For the Avocado Cilantro Cream: Combine roughly chopped cilantro, sour cream, ½ tsp chopped garlic, juiced lime, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper.
