Easy Cheesy Sloppy Joe Sliders
Serves 820 mins prep30 mins cook
Easy Cheesy Sloppy Joe Sliders are a great way to change things up at dinner time. I suspect they are also a good option for all of the upcoming Superbowl snacking! This dish comes together rather quickly. You can also make them ahead of time and pop them in the oven later in the day. The melted garlic rosemary butter brushed over top of the buns, really sends it over the top!

What you need

tsp smoked paprika

pepper

cup baby-cut carrots

lb ground beef

cup shredded cheese

cup ketchup
tbsp olive oil

clove garlic clove
box hawaiian sweet rolls

tsp garlic
tbsp unsalted butter

tsp dried rosemary

tsp worcestershire sauce

cup yellow onion

tsp dijon mustard

tbsp light-brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the olive oil to the pan over medium heat, then add the onion & garlic & saute for 2 minutes. Add the ground beef & sprinkle with salt & pepper. Using a spoon, break up the meat and stir until browned, about 7-10 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire. Pour over the meat and stir to combine. Sprinkle the brown sugar over top. Let it simmer together for 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Cut the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom half in a buttered baking dish. Top with meat and sprinkle with cheese. Place the top of the rolls back on top. Brush the rolls with melted garlic butter (ingredients above). Bake for 15 minutes, or until rolls are toasted and cheese is melted. Cut into individual sliders.View original recipe
