Holiday Dinner Hummus

This easy hummus tastes like a holiday dinner in dip form! Made on a whim while preparing Thanksgiving sides, it's becoming a staple for holiday guests, potlucks, or even your everyday lunchboxes to add a little Christmas spirit.

What you need

tsp salt & pepper

tsp hot sauce
cup olive oil
tsp harissa

cup tahini

tsp fresh sage

oz chick peas
tbsp unsalted butter
shallot

tsp fresh thyme

tsp fresh rosemary

tbsp orange juice
Instructions
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add in the chopped shallot and herbs. Sauté together for about 3 minutes. Let cool for a couple of minutes before adding into the food processor. Add the chickpeas, tahini, orange juice, cranberry, hot sauce, harissa, salt, and pepper to a food processor with an S blade. Add the contents of the saucepan. Cover and stream in the olive oil as you blend all the ingredients together until you have your desired consistency.View original recipe
