What you need

tbsp olive oil

tsp onion powder

tsp garlic powder

cup red onion

tsp pepper

clove garlic clove

lb ground lamb

tsp kosher salt

fl oz lemon juice

tbsp fresh dill

cup feta
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Add all of the ingredients up until the red onion to a large bowl. Mix together until it becomes uniform and all ingredients are well incorporated. In a large dutch oven or ceramic pan with high sides add the oil over medium heat. As the oil is heating, start rolling the meatballs, about 2 tablespoons per ball. As you finish rolling them, drop them into the pan. Add in the red onions, and let them saute until the meatballs turn every so often, until they are cooked on all sides, about 6 minutes. Then move the pan into the oven, and bake for about 15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through, and the meatballs register 120 degrees internal temperature. Remove from the oven, and serve.View original recipe
