What you need

banana

tbsp chia seed

tsp vanilla extract

tsp maple syrup

cup unsweetened coconut flakes

cup pineapple

tsp dark brown sugar
Instructions
1. Blend together the coconut milk, banana, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the mixture to a glass container. Then add in chia seeds and mix gently. Place in the refrigerator for at least two hours. 2. Before serving, mix together pineapple and brown sugar in a small bowl. This gives the brown sugar and pineapple a syrupy type texture.
