cup pancake mix

tbsp cottage cheese
Instructions
1. Combine the pancake mix, egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a sprinkle of flax seed to create your pancake batter. 2. Add about two heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese to the batter and gently fold it in. 3. Pour the batter into a greased pan. 4. Cook the pancake until done. 5.
