tsp pepper

tsp dijon mustard

tsp hot sauce

tbsp rosemary

lb chicken sausage

tsp dried parsley

fresh lemon juice
tbsp unsalted butter

lb baby potato
cup olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the potatoes in a large bowl. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Pour half of the mixture over the potatoes, toss to coat. Then add the potatoes to one half of a large sheet pan. Place in the oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, add the sausage pieces and broccoli florets to the same large bowl. Pour the remainder of the olive oil mixture over top. Toss to coat. After 15 minutes pull the potatoes out of the oven. Give the potatoes a gentle toss. Add the broccoli and sausage to the other half of the pan. Place back in the oven for 20 minutes. Melt the 4 tablespoons of butter in a small bowl. Add the dijon mustard, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. Whisk together. After 20 minutes, shake the pan a bit in the oven. Then put the broiler on for 3-4 minutes, until the sausage starts to become golden brown. Remove from the oven. Pour the butter mixture over the sheet pan and gently toss.
