What you need

cup low sodium chicken broth

cup parmesan cheese

skinless boneless chicken breast

tbsp water

tbsp cornstarch

tbsp soy sauce

tsp pepper

tsp garlic powder

cup honey
Instructions
Cut the boneless skinless chicken breasts into cubes. Add the chicken to your slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix together the chicken broth, honey, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, Parmesan, and chopped garlic. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker. Use a spatula or spoon to spread your chicken evenly across the pot and sauce. The sauce will not completely cover the chicken. Seal your slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 2 hours. Your chicken cubes should be completely cooked. In a separate small bowl, completely dissolve the cornstarch in water, using a small spoon to mix until you have a uniform white liquid. Pour this into the slow cooker sauce and stir it so that it spreads evenly across the sauce. Seal your slow cooker again. This time, cook on high heat for 30 minutes. Your sauce should thicken during this time.View original recipe
