Weeknight Salmon Marinade

This salmon marinade is a quick and easy weeknight favorite, reminiscent of a salmon sushi bowl. The entire meal, including cooking, can be prepared in about 30 minutes.

What you need

clove garlic clove
tsp turmeric powder

tbsp seasoning mix

tbsp scallion

pinch kosher salt

tbsp olive oil

tsp soy sauce

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp korean chili powder
Instructions
Whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, turmeric, finely chopped garlic, chopped scallions (white and green parts), poke seasoning, Gochugaru (Korean-style chili powder), kosher salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined. Brush this marinade generously onto salmon fillets. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the marinated salmon in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve the salmon over sushi rice, seasoned with soy sauce and furikake seasoning, and with suggested accompaniments like quick pickled cucumbers and/or radishes, avocado, carrot slices, and Kimchi Mayo.View original recipe
